Business Model White Paper

Foresight in political and economic conditions set forth by an executive making decisions to produce domestic industry requires adept business planning and skillful technological expertise. General Physics hopes to produce industrial output in this new administration despite the downturn in the market and lack of international cooperation. What was orginally planned was an international DEMO PROTO reactor paradigm from specifications of the ITER worksite. Unfortunately, delays and problems with cryogenic piping have led to a retarded timeline. The original outlook of 2025 has shifted to 2035 or beyond. As such it is important for General Physics to have a diversified outlook with feelers extended into various technical problems at the forefront of state of the art research in biophysics, high energy physics, plasma physics, condensed matter physics and industrial engineering.


Incorporated June 6, 2018, General Physics is a consulting and scientific engineering firm. Expertise has been developed in cell and tissue culture (Stem cells), neutral beam injection ((NBI) (cusped mirror quadrupoles), shipbuilding, scientific consulting, HVDC grid technology, and A.I. Although these fields are diverse, they are united in the bioengineering and physics dyadic relating to a philology of advanced mathematics, physics, computer science, and engineering terminology. From meetings of the American Physical Society and the American Nuclear Society, networking in the nuclear fusion world (NBI, tokamaks, neutron spallation) will lead to better products. What is necessary however, requires modeling the current business environment in the pay to play attitude of interest rate dependent markets. To produce in A.I., the subscription model must work with DeepSeek, OpenAI, Canva, InvideoAI, CityPlAIn, Wix, Gemini, Perplexity, and more. The software space is ethereal and highly speculative, so the General Physics focus is augmented by things like fusion, shipbuilding, and biophysics which are more tangible industries.


Flexible specialization and smaller capital firms are beholden to interest rates in their functioning. It would be nice to accumulate capital for A.I., shipbuilding, fusion, stem cell research, and supergrid technology through a business model of interest rate margin revenue generation. This means that the capital needed for megaprojects, due to lack of government involvement, will come from lenders and venture capital locking in interest rates that allow for certainty in the growth model. As such, calculations for a five or ten year plan can occur in the system where revenue is generated from A.I. (subscription based operation, chatbots for websites, ML call centers), electricity production, stem cell products (fibroblasts, chondrocyte implants), ships, propulsion parts, and lithography technology.


This is all too diversified and disparate. What is needed is a technical focus and a division of labor. General Physics plans to construct a NBI for the DEMO PROTO reactor projects, A.I. (tools for CATIA, chatbots, websites), HVDC transmission and distribution lines, stem cell products, and ship parts. The plan is to generate capital, then to create bioengineering, consulting, and physics divisions within General Physics that function autonomously, and to build achievable and smart outcomes for industry in the next ten years.
