AI and Machine Learning

I just finished my meeting on AI and software engineering. It is difficult to rectify the strategic focus of governments to take advantage of the AI revolution versus the move to open source AI. I am a beta tester for cityplAIN urban planning software. California has stipulated the creation of thousands of new housing units. We need AI and architectural models to help in the design. I am curious about AI and what it means for the world. We need AI alignment, basically moral AI. There are so many tools in AI all over the web that it seems we need an international open source AI effort to make sure everyone benefits.
